Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before making reservations and/or purchasing a tour and/or tour-related products listed on vibrantetourism.com. This agreement will help you fully understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Vibrante Tourism.

By becoming a Vibrante Tourism customer, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto.

Vibrante Tourism has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Vibrante Tourism encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.

CUSTOMER is an individual/or individual who has booked and paid for a tour via Vibrante Tourism.

Vibrante Tourism, commonly referred to as TOUR AGENT, is an entity serving as a middleman between the customer and the tour operator. The tour agent has a moral responsibility towards the customer.

TOUR OPERATOR is the entity responsible for organizing and operating the tour and hotel transfer. The tour operator has legal responsibility towards the customer.

  • All tour bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or voucher from Vibrante Tourism.
  • Payment on the spot can be made in cash or by any other accepted payment method at the tour location.
  • The tour prices listed on our website are in the specified currency and inclusive of all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment on the spot is available for certain tours, and the full payment must be made at the tour location before the tour commences.
  • All purchases of next day tour packages are final, and non-refundable. The customer will only be refunded if the tour operator cancels the tour due to weather or other, unforeseen events. In such case, the customer will have the option to receive a full refund, change tour dates, or receive a voucher of equal value to be used on another tour package of same value.
  • For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value to be used on another tour package of same value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund or voucher.
  • No refund will be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services included in the tour fare but not utilized by the Customer, either in part or full, or where the Customer amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.
  • We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. Should the tour operator cancel the tour anytime prior to the tour, all customers will be offered the choice of attending the same tour on a different day, a full refund of the purchase price, or a voucher of equal value to be used on another tour package of same value.
  • All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.

No refund will be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services included in the tour fare but not utilized by the Customer, either in part or full, or where the Customer amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.

All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current prices. Vibrante Tourism reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the website without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that are outside Vibrante Tourism’s control.

All changes to a tour package (date, pick-up location, etc) are free of charge and must be communicated via e-mail or WhatsApp latest 18.00 the day before the tour by specifying the tour voucher number for the tour in question.

  • Should the customer not be present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, or does not go on the tour for any other reasons, without prior notification of TOUR AGENT, as specified in the cancellation policy, no refund will be given, no matter the reason (including medical). Any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer’s travel insurance company.
  • Should the customer choose to provide own transportation to the tour, a map will be attached to the tour voucher and a latest arrival time will be specified. If the customer chooses to take own transportation, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to be at the site of tour’s start at the scheduled time. In the case of failure to arrive at the specified location at the expected arrival time, the tour cannot be provided, no refund is applicable.
  • Should the tour operator fail to pick-up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our hotline telephone number specified on the tour voucher 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Any other means of communication (e-mail etc) is strictly not accepted. Should the tour operator claim that they were at the place and time specified on the tour voucher and we have not received such a telephone call from the customer no refund is applicable. To prove the case request may be made to tour operator for GPS tracker log, photos etc and to customer for contact details of hotel staff witness, photos, hotel CCTV footage etc.
  • Any claims in regard to a tour must be communicated by e-mail by the customer not more than 10 days after the tour date.
  • Any personal incident/inconvenience that may lead to a claim must be reported to Vibrante Tourism at the time of occurrence by calling the hotline number specified on the tour voucher or by asking the tour guide to call our hotline number.
  • Any refund due to an incident/inconvenience that has been fulfilled by paragraphs 1 and 2 can only be granted if the incident/inconvenience is verifiable by the tour operator and the tour operator agrees to grant a refund.
  • Any refund will be paid back in the same way as the tour was paid for.
  • After booking and payment of a tour, the customer will receive a tour voucher by e-mail within 24 hours or latest by 22.00 if the tour is on the next day, to the e-mail address specified by the customer at the time of booking. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check that such an e-mail has been received and contact us immediately by e-mail if it has not been received.
  • Any refusal to pay transfer fee and national park fee claiming that such information was not specified on the website or that a tour voucher with such payment information has not been received will result in refusal to participate in the tour and transportation back to the customer’s hotel will be entirely upon by the customer and no refund of the tour payment will be granted.
  • The above is also applicable for cancellation and changes to a tour requested by the customer as an updated tour voucher will be sent to the customer.

Children under 1 years old and persons over 70 years old are not allowed on any speedboat tour. Should the tour operator refuse access to the tour due to the age limits, no refund is applicable.

For any special requests, please inform us in writing when booking is made. We are happy to pass your special requests on to the hotel, airline or other supplier but we cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated, however we will do our best given sufficient time of notice. Unless and until specifically confirmed all special requests are subject to availability.

If you are pregnant, or believe you may be, you will not be allowed on any speedboat tour, longtail boat tour, ATV tour, horse tour, white water rafting tour or Hanuman World. Should the tour operator refuse access to the tour due to pregnancy, no refund is applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the tour agent and tour operator if they are pregnant, or risk of pregnancy exists. Failure to do so, absolves the tour agent and tour operator of any and all responsibilities should accidents happen where the loss of pregnancy is the result.

We embrace people with and without physical conditions which may limit their participation in selected tour activities. One of our goals is to provide access to and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in Türkiye and abroad. We are currently exploring all possible means to accommodate every individual looking to book tours with us; however, not all travel products offers include special accommodations at this time.

You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. Vibrante Tourism or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.

  • Tour participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Our travel agency will not be responsible for any delays or missed tours due to late arrival.
  • Participants are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide or representative for safety and the smooth operation of the tour.
  • Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, laws, and cultures during the tour.
  • Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.

Some tours may involve physical activities or special health requirements. Participants with any medical conditions or physical limitations should assess their ability to participate in the tour and seek medical advice if necessary.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. Vibrante Tourism will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items that the Client may purchase locally i.e.: jewellery, food, souvenir items etc. and the quality and value of such cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that the Client check whether or not any extra charges will be payable for import duty or freight and we are unable to assist with any costs that the Client may incur in this respect.

  • Vibrante Tourism will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses incurred during the tour.
  • Vibrante Tourism will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers or factors beyond their control.
  • Participants understand that some tours may involve inherent risks, and they agree to participate at their own risk.

Vibrante Tourism uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice.

Access to, and use of, this website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by Vibrante Tourism, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.

If your contact information, including but not limited to, your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, Vibrante Tourism will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.

The tour program is subject to change dependent on weather and sea conditions. In such a case no compensation is applicable, unless the tour was fully cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen events – such as weather and otherwise.

Vibrante Tourism use a determined tour operator for each tour and the tour program on the website is based on the tour program provided by tour operator. However, if the tour with that tour operator is fully booked, Vibrante Tourism reserves the right to book with another tour operator for which the tour program is similar but may be slightly different.

Vibrante Tourism reserves the right to cancel a tour for anyone whom we, at our own discretion, decide has acted inappropriate or abusive to our service or staff. In such a case the payment will be refunded in full.

Vibrante Tourism will not offer a refund of any kind and under no circumstance, if it becomes apparent a customer is attempting to receive a refund in a fraudulent manner.
