Important to remember:

• Sunscreen, sunglasses, swimming costumes, towels, comfortable shoes or sneakers that can be worn in the water (No flip-flops), a T-shirt to wear under your inflatable jacket, and a change of clothes for the ride back.
• The ride to and from location will take a couple of hours. We use comfortable and air-con buses for our transfer to make this journey easier for our guests.
• Children under the age of 4 and pregnant women are not allowed to travel in the raft.
• Not suitable for guests with physical difficulties.

For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.
