For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.
*We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. If your tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other, unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or a tour voucher of equal value for a future experience with us.

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel, where you'll be driven through the heart of Lycia. Along the way, marvel at an impressive Lycian rock tomb and stop to explore the historic Greco-Roman amphitheater.
Next, visit the Church of St. Nicholas the Miracle Worker in Demre. Built atop the 4th-century burial site of St. Nicholas—who inspired the legend of Santa Claus—this ancient church offers a glimpse into the past. Enjoy a flavorful lunch before continuing to Kekova Island.
Step aboard a glass-bottom yacht and cruise through crystal-clear waters toward the island. As you glide over the sunken city of Kekova, an ancient Lycian settlement submerged by an earthquake, witness the ruins both above and below the water. The Simena Castle will also come into view as you sail by.
Before heading back, take a refreshing swim in the turquoise waters. Conclude your day with a return to your hotel, having experienced the timeless beauty and history of Turkey.

You will be notified prior to the tour and offered the tour on another day or you will get a full refund.
An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you in the lobby. Should he not find you, he will ask for you at the reception desk. After the tour you will be dropped off outside your hotel.
Just call our hotline number specified on the tour voucher if the pick-up bus has not arrived 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time on the tour voucher and we will sort it out with the tour operator and call you back. This may happen when the tour operator is picking up other customers before you.
That is not a problem but the tour operator would like to have the tour voucher to facilitate their administration. You can show the voucher on your smartphone or just note down the tour voucher number.
Should the customer not be present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, or does not go on the tour for other reasons, no refund is applicable no matter the reason (including medical reasons) and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer's travel insurance company. Should the tour operator fail to pick-up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our hotline telephone number specified on the tour voucher 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Any other means of communication (e-mail etc) is strictly not accepted.
Should the tour operator claim that they were at the place and time specified on the tour voucher and we have not received such a telephone call from the customer no refund is applicable. To prove the case request may be made to tour operator for GPS tracker log, photos etc and to customer for contact details of hotel staff witness, photos, hotel CCTV footage etc.
Check the weather on the day of the tour to make sure you bring and umbrella in case is raining. Bring comfortable shoes, cash and a big smile 🙂
