Important to remember:

• Dress Appropriately: Since the tour involves outdoor activities, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. It’s also a good idea to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
• This tour requires walking. People with walking difficulties may find a lot of activities difficult.
• Young children under 6 will sit on their parent’s lap, as they do not have their own place to sit. If you want your child to have his or her own room, you have to book that in advance.

All sales of next-day tour packages are final*.

For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.
